"I originally went in just to get a quote, but I ended up switching providers to State Farm. Tim was very helpful in making sure I got comparable protection at a reasonable price, and he took the time to explain what’s covered and how to handle any issues if they come up. He advised on the best coverage for my vehicle without any pressure or upselling. I really appreciate his patience and thoroughness in making sure I got the best savings. I should have switched sooner, not sure why I thought I would be paying more by using the bigger insurance companies"
