He took the time to educate me about the various coverages available, One of the standout moments was when he offered me a zero deductible for glass insurance—something I later found out other companies would charge a $1000 deductible for! In a world where many sales reps seem to be on auto-pilot and robotic in their approach, Joseph was a breath of fresh air. Even though I ultimately decided against life insurance, I would still give him a solid 10/10 for his professionalism and genuine care for his clients.
