Spoke with a gentleman by the name of Josif. He was more informative and educated than your typical sales person. He would offer additional coverage and add ons, but you can tell his intentions were pure and always took my financial into consideration. He actually listens and is considerate!! My main focus was to save money and Even though he pitched me life insurance and extra stuff that I didn’t ask for and don’t have with progressive, he explained why it’s important to have without pressuring me. "Hi, my name is Pamela Pittman i have been with state farm for years. This office has always taken good care of me. They are so nice and helpful. Recently my car was stolen, and later found. But the day I called State Farm to inform them about my car, i talked to Lindsay McKinley, i was in tears, scared and Anxiety was terrible. Lindsay was so helpful she put in the paperwork she put in for me to have a rental car. She called to check back on me. She even called and checked on me after her work hours. And that meant the world to me. Lindsay was there every step of the way I was unable to get the car because my drivers license was inside of my car when it was stolen. Lindsay called around, checked places so I can go to get a replacement drivers license. She was so helpful she found a place over on Elston when I went Saturday morning at 7:30 AM and I was able to get another driver license and later picked up a rental car that she reserved for me. She put some calmness in my life, and I will forever be grateful for her. Lindsay Have been checking on me daily To make sure everything is going smoothly. I want to Thanks Dee Fanta for having this wonderful person a part of their team. Thank you so much Lindsay McKinley you are God sent. Also, 2024 August, I was trying to get a permit to have a family reunion and Lindsay was the one that gave me great advice and helped us out in retrieving the insurance that we needed to have our reunion she is great I give her 10 stars.
