"My experience with Tim Andel started out great. He was very responsive while helping me with my auto insurance and later helped me get a good bundle price for my home and auto insurance.

Unfortunately, about a month after getting my homeowners insurance, I received a letter stating that State Farm was denying coverage due to my property's claims history. In my opinion, this should have been reviewed before the policy was issued and before I was charged for coverage.

What has been most disappointing is the lack of communication afterward. The agent who was so responsive while selling me the policy is now extremely difficult to reach, leaving me to deal with a very stressful situation on my own while trying to find new insurance for my home.

I understand that underwriting decisions may be made by State Farm, but I expected much better communication and assistance from the agent who sold me the policy. Unfortunately, the support after the sale has been completely different from the experience I had initially."
